Oregon Appellate Division Provides Appellate Lawyers in Some Cases
Pursuing a judicial appeal using a private attorney is expensive. In some instances, appellants in criminal cases qualify to receive the services of Oregon's Appellate Division. They do excellent work and, if you are interested in a criminal appeal, you should find out if you qualify.
The Appellate Division provides quality appellate representation to eligible individuals in criminal cases, juvenile dependency cases, and parole cases on direct appeal in the state appellate courts and, where appropriate, in the United States Supreme Court.
